Job OverviewThe Integrated Producer role is a pivotal position that bridges creative intent and production delivery. This central figure orchestrates people, process, and technology to bring ideas to life across diverse formats and channels.This multifaceted position combines operational expertise, production acumen, and client governance. The Integrated Producer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.Project Ownership and DeliveryServes as the single point of accountability for assigned jobs or workstreams — overseeing planning, execution, and final delivery.Translates creative briefs into executable production workflows with clear dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.Manages multi-channel creative work — including HTML5 banners, motion graphics, print adaptations, digital assets, video edits, landing pages, and interactive media.Balances creative quality, operational efficiency, and cost discipline across all deliverables.Production Intelligence & Technical FluencyPossesses working knowledge of creative production tools — Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, Animate, Cinema 4D, and workflow platforms like Workfront or Monday.Evaluates technical feasibility of creative concepts and recommends solutions to optimize delivery (file formats, render specs, automation opportunities).Collaborates with automation and AI teams to embed workflow efficiency and repeatable templates within production pipelines.Ensures production standards, brand guidelines, and output formats are met consistently across all markets.Cross-Studio Collaboration & Regional PartnershipsCoordinates with Digital, Motion, and Print studios to allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery quality.Partners with Regional Account Managers (AMS, EMEA, APAC) to understand campaign objectives and regional requirements.Client & Stakeholder EngagementEngages in client discussions alongside onshore partners to clarify requirements and set delivery expectations.Proactively flags risks, dependencies, and alternate solutions with clarity and confidence.Builds trusted working relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and understanding of creative business priorities.Process, Quality, and Continuous ImprovementDoubles down on workflow discipline — ensuring all projects are initiated, tracked, and closed within the delivery platform.Monitors quality checkpoints (briefing, QC, approval, handoff) and implements corrective actions as needed.Identifies and escalates process gaps, proposing automation or redesigns that improve efficiency.Contributes to best-practice playbooks for production operations.
