Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team.Job DescriptionAs a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive user interfaces that meet our standards and best practices. You will work closely with our team of business and technical specialists to create high-quality products that delight our users.Participate in workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to gather, confirm and document product requirements.Define, design and develop wireframes and UI components for our applications and products.Collaborate with our automation and development teams to ensure seamless integration of the UI with our applications.Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:Designing and developing user interface prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).Building responsive web and application designs that adapt to multiple screen sizes and devices.Conducting usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gathering real-world feedback from users.Creating visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:At least 6 years of experience in a related field, such as .NET development or application development.At least 3 years of experience in SharePoint development, including analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, MVC design patterns, and SOLID principles.Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.Experience with front-end development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.About UsWe are a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
