Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and layouts that meet our clients' needs.In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and designers to understand client briefs and brand guidelines. You will then use your expertise in design software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) to create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, magazines, packaging artwork, catalogues, posters, and more.Your primary goal will be to produce consistent and on-brand print materials that exceed our clients' expectations. To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of print production processes, including selecting appropriate paper stock, page sizes, finishes, folding/binding options, and other prepress requirements.You will also be responsible for performing quality control checks on artwork before submission to press to minimize errors. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors/print houses when required to clarify specifications, get proofs, and ensure final output meets expectations.To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
