Energy Modeling Specialist Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Energy Modeling Specialist to support the development of energy simulations and building performance analysis for green building certifications. In this role, you will assist in creating accurate energy models, performing technical analyses, and supporting project teams in achieving compliance with sustainability and energy performance requirements.Develop building energy simulation models using recognized software such as eQuest, Design Builder, IES VE, etc.Conduct baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards.Analyze simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimization opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to extract inputs for energy modelling and system analysis.Prepare required documentation, calculations, and simulation reports for LEED, Estidama, and other green building certifications.
