Financial Leadership RoleThe Chief Financial Officer will lead the organization's financial strategy, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations, with a strong focus on scaling renewable energy businesses.This role demands extensive experience in corporate finance, project finance, and capital markets, along with exposure to IPO-readiness and global investor engagement.Key responsibilities include leading the organization's financial strategy, managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Our current order book includes 700 MW in solar projects and 412.5 MW/1.2 GWh in battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects.We are targeting 3 GW of renewable energy projects and 5 GWh of BESS projects in the next three years.The ideal candidate will have at least 20–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5–7 years as Head of Finance/CFO in the power or renewable energy sector.A proven track record in project finance, debt syndication, and large-scale financial structuring is essential.Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, with an MBA in Finance or LLB being an added advantage.Experience in renewable energy or power sectors, including Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies, or utility-scale projects, is highly valued.Key skills and attributes include:Fundraising and capital market expertise, including debt, equity, and IPO management.Regulatory knowledge, including SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST, and Companies Act.Treasury and foreign exchange management.Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and investor relations management.Strategic and analytical mindset.Leadership presence with strong communication and governance orientation.
