Job SummaryCoordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment.Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project requirements.Brief suppliers on the scope, rules, and schedule during the project opening meeting.Verify conditions on site prior to performing the inspection according to the 5M methodology.Coordinate the inspection team as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements according to a checklist.Monitor testing lead times to ensure completion within the agreed schedule.Inform contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plans.Report findings observed on site during the inspection to the Project Manager.Fill in the inspection report based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest improvements to suppliers to enhance inspected products and testing conditions.
