Role Summary:Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical support and guidance for our grid-connected inverters, energy storage converters, and other products.This role will be responsible for delivering expert technical documentation, developing competitive product solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documents for sales, including product datasheets, user manuals, and installation guides.Customer Support: Assist the sales team with customer visits, technical exchanges, and issue resolution.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide insights to support new product development and marketing strategies.Training and Development: Provide training to customers on products, installation, and commissioning.Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing activities, participate in local exhibitions and forums, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.Proficiency in industry software such as PVsyst and CAD.Solid understanding of power electronic conversion equipment and low-voltage distribution systems.Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
