This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS).Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs.Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions.Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.Location & Experience:Experience: 2–3 years of total & relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training CoordinationMode: Face-to-Face InterviewVenue: People Prime Worldwide Pvt.
