Job Title: Technical VisionaryThe position of Technical Visionary is pivotal in shaping our company's technical strategy, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable, and fostering alignment between engineering and business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will manage the daily work of the technical team, ensure code quality, collaboration, and efficient delivery through strong technical leadership and process discipline.Ensure that the technical team adheres to established engineering standards across all projects.Oversee and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.Delegate tasks, track progress, and provide mentorship to team members to facilitate professional growth and development.Lead regular team meetings, cultivating open and effective communication among team members.Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and resolve operational challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for the team's daily activities and facilitate collaboration with other functions and departments.Provide architectural leadership, designing and validating technical solutions that meet both current and future needs.Collaborate extensively with other teams and stakeholders to coordinate dependencies, share knowledge, and drive integrated solutions.Maintain comprehensive oversight of all technical aspects within their remit, serving as the primary source of information for both current state and future direction.Engage with product management early in the development process to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business value.Requirements and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong technical skills and expertise in software development and engineering principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Able to provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance.Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.A strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management principles.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
