Job Title – Senior Engineer - MES Key User
Are you the one?

•Educational Qualification - 3 to 5 years of Experience with software applications such as SAP, MES (DELMIA APSIRO) Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.

•Ability to troubleshoot using log files.

•On/off shift support will be needed for project startup support.

•Have a desire to learn and develop technical skills to keep current with changing operations.

•Able to communicate well, verbally and in writing, and have strong reading comprehension and listening skills. 

•Multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills. 

·A self-starter with logical thinking who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.

What will you be doing ?

·Supports manufacturing development team in process changes by master data set up and system configurations.

·Utilize the site management of change process to document changes and risk mitigation plans while leading and assisting in incremental improvements to site systems. Document technology and troubleshooting via procedures and job aides.

·In conjunction with MES Specialists, maintain conformance with business and corporate requirements. Follow appropriate management of change for the site maintenance and project activities of MES.

·Work with Manufacturing Solutions team to identify and implement improvements to the MES applications. This will include participating in design reviews and implementation projects.

·Participate in on-call rotation to respond to daily production issues related to MES. Troubleshoot issues using log files, events, etc.

·Maintain MES hardware and software system to maximize production uptime. This includes monitoring system health, ensuring system backups are performed, maintaining data integrity, responding to requests, etc.

·Coordinate with manufacturing to maintain all computers, printers, Scanners and etc used in manufacturing. This includes deploying patches and updates as needed. Maintain spare inventory to prevent disruptions due to hardware failures. - Maintain Active Directory computers, servers and users.

·Support for coordinating MES/SAP scheduled maintenance activities.

·Identifying issues to be reported to local & Global Process Owner and/or to IT Solution Owners

·Creating incident tickets in AskIT tool & managing incidents locally.

·Initiating and supporting the implementation of the corrective or preventive actions

·Communicating Best Practices between Units, through the KONE Process Network
