Admissions Team Leader

As a Senior Manager Admissions, you will play a dual role of individual contributor and team leader.About the Role:You will be responsible for achieving personal admission targets as well as ensuring that your assigned team meets its overall enrollment goals.Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Junior Counsellors to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.Track performance of each team member and ensure adherence to counselling and conversion standards.Conduct daily huddles, weekly performance reviews and monthly target planning for your team.Your Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and timely updating of CRM for all counselling interactions within your team.Monitor calling efficiency, follow-up frequency, and lead pipeline status across your team.Use CRM analytics to review enquiry-to-application-to-admission progression and optimize conversion efforts.Training & Coaching:Develop the skills of Assistant Managers and Junior Counsellors on counselling skills, objection handling, and communication standards.Identify training needs and coordinate skill development with leadership.Mentor staff to maintain high engagement, professionalism, and productivity.Reporting & Performance Analytics:Generate reports on: Lead utilization, Conversion ratios, Application movement, Revenue alignment and fee realization.Present weekly reports to leadership with recommendations for improvement.Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment:Work with Marketing and Call Centre teams for lead quality assessment and prioritization.Design offers, scholarship recommendations, and conversion strategies in collaboration with senior management.Coordinate with academic departments for orientation queries, course-specific counselling, and admission handovers.Requirements:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:Ongoing training and development opportunities.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.Competitive salary and benefits package.What We Offer:A fast-paced and innovative working environment.The opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.A competitive salary and benefits package.
