Key Partnership Role:This strategic position is dedicated to cultivating and managing high-value partnerships within the education sector.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development principles, with a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue growth.Key responsibilities include defining and executing a global partnership strategy, identifying and onboarding high-value partners, and developing business cases for various partnership verticals.Partner Sourcing & Onboarding:Lead the negotiation and contracting process with potential partners.Develop frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & Enablement:Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.Foster long-term relationships through regular communication and support.Provide partners with training resources and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance student referral effectiveness.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.Report regularly to leadership on partner performance and return on investment (ROI).Team Leadership:Build and mentor a high-performing partnership team.Cultivate collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to achieve shared goals.Market Analysis:Stay up-to-date on global education trends, study-abroad patterns, and competitor partnerships.Identify new geographies and partner verticals with growth potential.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred.7–12 years of experience in business development, channel management, or strategic partnerships.Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.A demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decisions.
