Job Title: Senior Data ScientistAs a seasoned Senior Data Scientist, you will lead our teams and projects in developing cutting-edge systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms.Technical Leadership:Oversee the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.Design and build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade LLM/AI applications in cloud environments.Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and implement engineering best practices.Collaborate closely with AI Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver effective and efficient AI solutions.Make architectural decisions regarding AI solutions and frameworks.Define and implement best practices in GenAI/ML models lifecycle and ML operations/LLM operations.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in Generative AI (GenAI).Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms.Experience with designing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade LLM/AI applications in cloud environments.Strong mentoring skills, with experience conducting code reviews and implementing engineering best practices.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Are you up for this challenge?
