Job Opportunity: Expert Consultant in Digital Financial ServicesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team as an expert in digital financial services. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in the development and implementation of innovative digital financial solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital finance, with expertise in areas such as digital transformation, technology strategy, and core banking systems. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumen, to identify key issues and deliver innovative and practical solutions.In this role, you will work closely with our clients to assess their current digital capabilities, design and implement digital strategies, and build institutional capacity to deliver inclusive, technology-enabled financial services. You will also provide technical guidance on specific digital finance areas, including payment systems, fintech partnerships, and regulatory compliance.About the AssignmentThis assignment is expected to start by late December 2025 and remain active until June 2026, with additional days to be determined based on discussions with our project leads. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessing existing IT systems, including core banking platforms, digital applications, and technology stacksProviding strategic recommendations to optimize digital capabilities and align technology infrastructure with business objectivesDesigning and implementing innovative digital financial products and servicesBuilding institutional capacity to adopt and scale digital solutionsSupporting financial inclusion through technology-enabled delivery channelsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:At least 12 years of experience in digital financial services within the financial sector, including consulting and bankingDemonstrated success in defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions, such as MSMEs banking solutions and/or affordable housing solutionsStrong technical skillset across Core Banking System (CBS), Digital Payments, Internet & Mobile Banking SystemsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumenAbility to respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in EnglishWe offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
