Job DescriptionAs a Staffing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with external clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic partnerships with key clients to drive recruitment solutions that meet their unique needs.Ensure seamless client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process, acting as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights.Team Leadership and Management:Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets, driving growth and success within the organization.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters.Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.Recruitment Process Oversight:Oversight the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, leveraging market insights and industry expertise.Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines.Shortlist candidates to clients, providing expert recommendations and guidance.Reporting and Analytics:Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, informing strategic decision-making and optimization efforts.Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.Stakeholder and Candidate Communication:Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and respect.Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process, minimizing disruptions and delays.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions, with a proven track record of success.Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI, with a deep understanding of market trends and recruitment challenges.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters, driving growth and success within the organization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles.Experience managing high-level client relationships, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver on expectations, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly, with experience using recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools.Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms, promoting mutually beneficial agreements.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required), with additional requirements including flexibility, attention to detail, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
