About the Role:


We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Managing Editor to join our growing

team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for editing existing content to ensure accuracy,

clarity, and adherence to industry standards. The selected candidate may be required to travel to

our client offices in or around Mumbai depending on the scope of client’s work.


Primary Responsibilities

On a typical day, the candidate will fulfil the following responsibilities:


● Work closely with writers & editors to edit B2B content to ensure accuracy, clarity,

coherence, and compliance with client’s guidelines

● Maintain top notch communication channels with client on project deliverables

● Conduct fact-checking and verify information to maintain high editorial standards

● Rewrite or restructure content as needed to improve readability and flow

● Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies

● Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, specifically

within the B2B sector. This allows you to develop innovative content strategies and ensure

our work resonates with the target audience


Ideal Candidate


We encourage you to apply if you have:

● 5+ years experience in editorial content review (B2B or related Industry)

● Proven track record of managing and leading editorial teams

● Editing & proofreading mastery with meticulous attention to detail

● Proficient in editing software & tools

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and

style

● Strong leadership and mentoring skills

● In-depth knowledge of B2B Industry-terminology, practices, and current industry trends

● In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques

● A passion for content creation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

● 1+ year client-facing experience (Bonus points)
