**Job Description**:
As a Video Editor at Realatte Ventures LLP, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling narratives through the editing of footage captured during real estate shoots. Working closely with the creative team, you will be responsible for turning raw video material into polished, high-quality videos that effectively communicate the unique features and selling points of each property.

**Responsibilities**:
**Editing and Post-Production**:Edit and assemble raw footage to create seamless and visually appealing videos.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive narrative that aligns with the project's creative vision.
Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the video.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cinematographers, motion designers, and other team members to achieve the desired visual aesthetic.
Communicate effectively with the creative team to understand project requirements and provide creative input.

**Quality Control**:Review and enhance video content to meet high-quality standards.
Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine the final product.

**Organization and File Management**:Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflows and easy access to project files.
Maintain a well-organized archive of completed projects.

**Efficiency and Timeliness**:Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.
Be adaptable to evolving project requirements and changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, pacing, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or interest in learning about it is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere: 2 years (preferred)
