SAP Financial Configuration and Implementation Specialist

Job Title: SAP FICO ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:Migrate from SAP ECC to S/4HANA ensuring business process alignment and compliance standards.Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, Integration with MM, SD) in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.Design solutions collaborating with stakeholders gathering requirements for effective and sustainable SAP solutions.Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules and third-party applications.Provide guidance on custom developments and user exits within SAP FICO modules.Design and execute test cases for system migrations including UAT and regression testing.Develop training materials and provide end-user training on SAP FICO functionalities including S/4HANA capabilities.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after system go-live addressing any issues related to SAP FICO processes and system performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support.Proven experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations specifically with FICO module migrations and related business processes.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP FICO processes in the S/4HANA environment.Solid knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PS.Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle management for S/4HANA transformations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements.Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
