Job Title: SAP Implementation SpecialistRole Overview:We are seeking a skilled SAP implementation specialist to lead the deployment of our SuccessFactors modules.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.) to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze HR process needs, translating them into functional specifications.Configure, test, and validate data in SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless system integration.Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure user adoption.Manage the integration of SuccessFactors with other systems, ensuring compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security standards.Work closely with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to optimize HR processes and address any system issues that arise.Requirements:5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP support as needed.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.Why You'll Thrive:Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovative HR solutions.Challenging role with opportunities for growth and professional development.Collaborative work environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results.Keyword: Implementation
