Internal audits and reporting requirements related to C&B also fall under your purview.Compensation trend dashboards and cost analysis reports for HR leadership are essential deliverables. Managing vendor relationships with benefits providers and negotiating contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness is another key responsibility.Seamless execution of compensation and benefits processes requires partnership with HRIS and payroll teams. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes is crucial for continuous improvement.
