As a Statistical Programmer, you will play a crucial role in programming all tables, listings and graphs necessary for an assigned clinical study report (CSR) using Base SAS programs, SAS procedures, or standardized macros.The role requires analyzing protocol, SAP, existing shells/templates as needed to understand structure and content of data, performing data checks to ensure integrity and correctness of data displays, preparing documentation for programs and datasets, creating project-specific macros and formats, loading client data from other platforms and software packages, and communicating with clients for risks, issues, and potential delays.Program all required CSR componentsCreate customized data displaysWrite code using Base SAS programs, SAS procedures, or standardized macrosAnalyze relevant documents to understand data requirementsPerform regular data checksPrepare comprehensive documentationDevelop project-specific solutionsIntegrate client data from various sourcesCommunicate effectively with clientsTo succeed in this position, you should have strong SAS programming skills, good knowledge/experiences of clinical trials and drug development, and at least 8 years of experience in clinical programming or SAS programming. A Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience is required, with a Master's degree or above preferred.Key Responsibilities:Programming and Data Analysis:• Program all tables, listings, and graphs necessary for an assigned clinical study report (CSR) using Base SAS programs, SAS procedures, or standardized macros• Create customized data displays to meet client needs• Write code using Base SAS programs, SAS procedures, or standardized macros to analyze and present dataData Integrity and Documentation:• Analyze protocol, SAP, existing shells/templates as needed to understand structure and content of data• Perform regular data checks to ensure integrity and correctness of data displays• Prepare comprehensive documentation for programs and datasetsCommunication and Collaboration:• Communicate effectively with clients regarding risks, issues, and potential delays• Load client data from other platforms and software packages• Develop project-specific solutions to meet client needsQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience is required, with a Master's degree or above preferred. You should also have at least 8 years of experience in clinical programming or SAS programming, with strong SAS programming skills and good knowledge/experiences of clinical trials and drug development.
