Job Title: Healthcare Data AnalystAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team in Patient Analytics. As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in empowering life sciences leaders to make data-driven decisions.Your expertise in analyzing and interpreting patient-level claims data will help uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret patient-level claims data to drive business growth.Develop and maintain patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.Lead advanced analytics across MMX, forecasting, and sales performance measurements for US pharma brands.Build and maintain forecasting models to project demand, revenue, patient volumes, and prescription growth.Conduct brand and portfolio-level sales analytics, including NRX/TRX trends, HCP performance, payer mix, and competitive dynamics.Support MMX projects, including data ingestion, model execution, output validation, and insights storytelling.Perform KPI-driven performance analytics to evaluate field force effectiveness, ROI, and market opportunity identification.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations tailored to client needs.Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.
