Role OverviewAs a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.This position demands expertise in transformer architectures, model training, and fine-tuning. You will be responsible for prototyping, benchmarking, and pushing the limits of emerging generative AI techniques.The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of transformer architectures, strong coding skills in Python, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Additionally, they should possess modality expertise, with depth in at least one modality (text, audio, or video) and end-to-end project delivery experience.Key responsibilities include:Model Development & Fine-TuningRun end-to-end experiments on transformer-based architectures (LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT, multimodal models)Prototype, benchmark, and push the limits of emerging generative AI techniquesDomain-Specific ApplicationsAUDIOLip-sync accuracyEmotional delivery (whispering, shouting, crying)Regional language model supportVIDEOCharacter & scene consistencyQuality outputs comparable to Veo3/SoraMotion smoothness & frame coherenceTEXTExtend LLMs to handle regional languagesBuild domain-adapted, fine-tuned modelsRequirements:Experience: 4–10 years in applied ML/Data Science with significant generative AI experienceCore Fundamentals: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, training dynamics, and model optimizationModality Expertise: Depth in at least one modality (text, audio, or video) with end-to-end project deliveryTechnical Skills: Strong coding skills in Python. Expertise with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with deployment frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, model servers)
