Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovationsSkills & Competencies:AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoMLData & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction modelsExperience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
