Heta Institute of Technology is looking for an AI Trainer to join our dynamci team and embark on our student's career journey who can train our students in AI and Data Science.

This position involves teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in AI and D contributing to curriculum development, mentoring students, and engaging in professional and scholarly activities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage large datasets for training and validating AI models.
- Train AI models using supervised, unsupervised, or semi-supervised learning techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and implement effective training strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI training techniques and methodologies to ensure best practices are applied.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving AI model accuracy and efficiency.
- Document training processes, methodologies, and model performance metrics.

**Requirements skills and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in training AI models and managing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Proficiency in Malayalam/Tamil/English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
