Weatherford | Fusion HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion Data Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building OTBI and BIP reports, with a strong background in Oracle HCM. The role requires the ability to create reports and dashboards with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
- Create and design dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
- Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM and Fusion Analytics Warehouse developments and best practices.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing OTBI and BIP reports.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in SQL and other relevant query languages.
- Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus but not required.
- Experience in cloud environments, particularly Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
