About Us:We are a platform that offers a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss.Our unique approach diagnoses the patient's hair & health history to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits directly to their doorstep.Our secret lies in our strong adherence system via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary technology, guiding customers across their hair growth journey and ensuring they stay on track.Our vision is to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it while empathizing with customers who experience an emotional and psychological impact.To achieve this, we combine three different sciences: Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.Job DescriptionAs an Ayurvedic Doctor, you will provide virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.You will proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their Traya journey.You will take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by your manager, including targets for the number of call attempts made and the number of completed consultation calls each day.You will follow established communication and script guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent, high-empathy experience and meeting the company's service and quality standards.You will conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses. You will prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.You will develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs, providing follow-up care and adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.You will counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.You will collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.You will maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.RequirementsSuccessful candidates will hold a BAMS degree from a recognized institution and have valid medical registration/license if applicable.
