The role involves taking an active part in on-going research projects in various stages from conception to completion and publication under faculty guidance and supervision..Qualifications·      Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills ·      Proficiency in AI aided research for sourcing, analyzing and presenting data based findings·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of statistical analysis software. ·      Strong work ethic and passion for research Master's degree (MA, MSc or an MBA) with 1 - 2 years of work experienceResponsibilities·      Assist the faculty in quantitative and qualitative research ·      Utilize wide range of resources to conduct quality research, both primary as well as secondary·      Design and conduct experiments·      Solve problems as they arise and establish solutions·      Write insights-based reports·      Maintain database of results and other data points·      Follow regulatory & ethical practices around conducting researchPositions (Three)EconomicsFinanceMarket ResearchCompensation and BenefitsIn line with the person’s background and experience and referenced to a similar position in a university or an IIM.
