Job OverviewSales managers drive new business growth and revenue through sales, collaborating closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and practice leaders to develop compelling solutions for clients. They leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new logo targets in the UK/EU and selected global accounts.Manage full sales cycles: prospecting → discovery → solutioning → proposal/RFP → negotiation → close.Sell JBS offerings in data platforms, data engineering/analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud modernization / managed services.Maintain a high level of performance, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and/or gross margin quotas.Pipeline ManagementBuild pipeline through outbound outreach, ABM, partnerships, referrals, and events.Maintain accurate CRM records, including stages, probabilities, notes, and next steps.Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews by providing reliable forecasts.Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to design campaigns and cadences.Required Skills and QualificationsSuccessful candidates will possess:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Able to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
