Enterprise PTC Windchill DeveloperThis is a remote position with flexible working hours.OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess comprehensive development expertise in PTC Windchill environments and technical capability to perform quality assurance testing as part of the development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, design, develop, and implement OOTB and custom solutions and extensions for PTC Windchill+ and ThingWorx Navigate.Design, develop, and enhance workflows, life cycles, and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements.Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making.Implement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.Optimize queries and system performance through code refinement.Develop data migration scripts and utilities to support rollout to plants.Build and maintain integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, MES, etc.).Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all developed solutions before deployment.Validate that all configurations and customizations meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing of code and configurations.Test system behavior under various load conditions to ensure production readiness.Verify system compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating environments.Document technical specifications, development approaches, and system configurations.Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation for support teams.Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement.Leverage new PTC features and capabilities to deliver additional business value.Monitor system health and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.RequirementsCandidates must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of software development methodologies and industry trends.
