Job Title: Software Quality Engineering ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned QA expert to lead our quality strategy, automation vision, and testing architecture across our engineering ecosystem.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern testing frameworks, non-functional engineering, and quality-driven design, with a strong ability to influence technical direction and elevate engineering standards.Key Responsibilities:Define and drive long-term QA strategy, including Shift-Left, Shift-Right, and performance-focused practices.Govern testing for performance, load, security, accessibility, and resilience across platforms.Contribute to design reviews to embed quality checkpoints early in solution planning.Lead the design and standardization of reusable automation frameworks and toolchains.Integrate all test layers into CI/CD pipelines to achieve automated and reliable quality gates.Establish scalable, secure, and reusable test data solutions to support diverse testing needs.Provide expert guidance to engineering leaders on advanced QA tools and best practices.Couch QA engineers and developers to improve automation, code quality, and observability skills.Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor system health and pipeline performance.Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver cohesive organisation-wide QA frameworks.Requirements:Strong hands-on expertise in test automation architecture with a track record of building scalable, language-agnostic frameworks.Proficient in modern testing methodologies, API/UI automation, service virtualization, and performance engineering.Experienced in leading enterprise-wide QA strategies, including effective shift-left and quality transformation initiatives.Skilled in programming (Python/JavaScript) and integrating robust testing practices within AWS and CI/CD environments.Able to interpret complex system and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.Adept at coaching teams and influencing senior leaders, backed by strong interpersonal and consultative skills.What We Offer:Flexible Working Hours: Focus on outcomes, not clock-ins.Comprehensive Health Coverage: Company-paid health insurance of ₹500,000, with options to extend to dependents.Expert-Led Sessions: Regular financial, tax-saving, and healthcare advisory sessions.Generous Paid Leave: Enjoy work-life balance throughout the year.Growth Opportunities: Continuous learning and professional development in a global environment.
