Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application performance and usability.Identify test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure seamless interactions between components.Test Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases to verify application functionality and detect any defects or anomalies.Validate application performance, security, and usability through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.Document test results and log defects in our tracking system to facilitate prompt resolution and continuous improvement.Defect Management:Identify, report, and track defects through resolution to ensure timely fixes and minimal disruptions.Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.Retest fixes and ensure proper resolution to maintain high-quality standards.Quality Control & Process Improvement:Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and optimize workflows.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance, please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this exciting opportunity.],
