Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • The primary focus is on prospecting new accounts for the assigned project, towards meeting revenue goals.
  • As the Site Head and senior brand representative, you would be responsible for overall team performance, capability development, and managing key client relationships. You will lead a highly driven team of sales professionals to identify leads, seek business opportunities and develop strong client relationships towards effective sales. In this role, you will be required to consistently partner with all other Vertical Leads, Marketing Head and Strategy Leads towards achieving the overall sales revenue and business targets.
  • Business Development
  • Direct the team's efforts towards consistent sourcing and closing to acquire new business and subsequently manage clients in collaboration. Actively follow through on potential deals, play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery, and provide guidance for query resolution. Explore how we can derive further data-based insights and generate business opportunities from our existing systems. Guide the team to leverage data analytics and incorporate the same in their work.
  • Collaboration and Team Management
  • Assign targets for various team leads, monitor their performance and ensure that they consistently achieve their targets.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to the team to ensure they are well equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure the team is engaged, motivated, and consistently driven towards achieving set targets. Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyze gaps, and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly, provide feedback and handle team concerns and escalations. Consistently work with peers to strengthen the overall business development process and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

  • Experience in Real Estate sales is a must (Residential / Commercial projects)
