Proudly listed on the NSE and BSE, we continue to focus on what matters most—happy guests, operational excellence, and doing business the right way.And now, we’re looking for a Learning & Development professional who can help us develop talent, drive performance, and build a culture of continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and business requirements.Design, plan, and deliver learning programs across functional, behavioral, and leadership areas.Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS): goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, feedback sessions, and analytics.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create engaging learning content.Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness, learning adoption, and PMS outcomes.Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.Maintain learning dashboards, documentation, and compliance with training policies.What You Bring4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management, preferably in service, hospitality, or corporate settings.Strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency mapping, and PMS frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and performance data.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (LMS/PMS).MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.Perks of Working with WonderlaA dynamic, people-centric culture where learning and growth take center stage.Opportunities to design and implement training programs that impact thousands of employees.Exposure to organizational development initiatives and career growth opportunities.Complimentary access to Wonderla parks and resort perks.A chance to shape talent and performance at one of India’s most trusted experiential brands.
