Machine Learning Engineer - Large Scale ObservabilityWe are seeking an accomplished Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive the development of large-scale, reliable ML systems.About the Role:Design and develop AI/ML features for a cutting-edge Observability Platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with SREs, service owners, and observability experts to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools to unlock insights and drive business value.Apply CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, driving scalability and efficiency.Develop custom MCP integrations between systems, establishing standards for prompt delivery and seamless interaction.Analyze and troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Requirements:Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven track record designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production environments.Hands-on expertise with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks, as well as strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Deep understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces) and experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
