Job Title:Analytics Solution DeveloperAre you a skilled developer with experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions? Do you have a strong understanding of financial processes and a passion for delivering high-quality results?Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using CCH Tagetik, focusing on scalability and performance.Design and deploy data transformation processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic to optimize business outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.Write complex TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies, to meet evolving business needs.Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs to enhance data visibility and insights.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control to protect sensitive data.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment to ensure seamless delivery.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tagetik implementation and development.Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using PBCS, FCCS, and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering, MCA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3)Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.Collaborative and dynamic work environment with experienced professionals.Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Others:Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to drive innovation and improvement.
