With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications using Java.Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project life cycle.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Java, including its features and best practices.Proven experience in leading software development teams.Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).Experience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5 - 10 years of experience in software developmentProven track record of successful project delivery.Relevant certifications (e.g., Java Certification, Scrum Master) are a plus.Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 5 years or more than 12 years of experienceYou do not have hands-on Angular experienceYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in Bengaluru)You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Java roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
