Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer (Backend) with solid experience in the Payments Domain to design, develop, and scale backend services. This role will focus on building distributed, high-volume systems while ensuring service reliability, scalability, and quality. The developer will actively contribute to coding, debugging, and performance optimization, while also mentoring junior engineers and improving driving systems. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to implementation. Suggest improvements to system performance and reliability. 6–8 years of backend development experience. ~ Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS. ~ Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems. ~ MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra). ~ Experience in payments system is a must.
