Job TitleData Strategy LeaderJob Overview:As a Data Strategy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's data vision, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making, and ensuring high-quality data integrity.This leadership position requires expertise in developing and implementing strategic data initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain data management systems, including data warehousing, business intelligence tools, and data governance frameworks.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis, to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions.Establish and maintain robust data quality standards, procedures, and policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of data professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, develop data solutions, and measure their effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive strategic innovation.Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, using clear, concise language and compelling visualizations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in data leadership, driving business value through data analytics, preferably in Fintech Industry.Strong technical skills in data management, data analytics, and data visualization, including proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to executives, and drive a data-driven culture within the organization.Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.Education & Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data management principles, data analytics techniques, and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, while experience with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is highly desirable.
