Senior Generative AI ResearcherWe are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction and best practices for our Generative AI team.In this role, you will shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and developing advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.Additionally, you will integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions, build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows, and train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows, guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices, and stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's in CS/ML/AI or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS).Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:This is a remote job opportunity that offers a chance to work on challenging projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.
