Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Application Security Engineer to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our products.The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, product managers, and third-party groups to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in our applications. This includes participating in application security reviews and threat modeling, owning and performing application security vulnerability management, and facilitating the preparation of security releases.You will also provide consultation and support to product and development teams in application security, assist in creation of security training, and help develop automated security testing to validate secure coding best practices.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a significant impact on the security posture of our organization.Required Skills and QualificationsFamiliarity with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.Basic development or scripting experience and skills.Experience with OWASP, static/dynamic analysis, and common security tools.A basic understanding of network and web-related protocols (such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS).Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, and the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
