Job Title: Experienced Business Solutions ExpertJob Description:We are seeking an experienced business solutions expert to collaborate with our global teams and clients in the energy, water, and gas sectors. As a senior consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of utility operations and digital transformation initiatives to shape industry-aligned solutions for global clients.This is a senior client-facing consulting role focused on domain expertise, discovery, workshops, early-stage solutioning, and advisory. You will work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to define to-be process flows, functional designs, and high-level solution architectures.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utility operations, including customer experience, meter-to-cash, field service, outage management, metering, billing & collections, asset operations, and water/gas network operations. They will also be able to translate industry challenges into structured business requirements, use cases, and solution components across process, application, integration, and data layers.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 12 years of experience, including 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities (Power / Water / Gas / Waste)MBA from a Tier-1 instituteProven ability to abstract client problems and articulate solution options clearly for both business and technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall models, and functional documentationFamiliarity with utility enterprise platforms such as CIS, OMS, MDM, AMI, WMS, GIS, CRM/CX systems, etc.Experience working with global teams and international utility clientsExcellent communication skills—especially in writing, structuring, and presenting client-facing contentBenefits:Room to take ownership and lead initiatives within a supportive structureWork in an environment that encourages thoughtful experimentation and practical problem-solvingContribute directly to client impact and shape how solutions evolveBe part of a culture that values trust, clarity, and professional autonomy
