Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality technical solutions and resolve complex issues in large-scale environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Delivery & Technical ExecutionDeliver customer engagements, provide support for large-scale solutions and complex technical issues through deep domain expertise.Drive technology transitions by influencing solution design and service adoption.Build and execute simulations to validate complex issues, troubleshoot compatibility concerns and support solution delivery.Role-Specific ResponsibilitiesContribute to problem resolution and act as a technical escalation point.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues, identify gaps and drive resolution.Provide expert guidance to address advanced challenges.Maintain and promote a strong team culture.Continuously develop skills across core technologies.Engage with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate and optimize technologies based on project needs.Support pre-sales efforts and translate business requirements into technical designs.Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies, including VPC, VXLAN and related features.Deep understanding of IP routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP and IGRP.Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus platforms.Knowledge of HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms and VPN technologies.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and datacenter issues.Understanding of encryption standards and secure hashing algorithms (e.g. AES, SHA-2).Proficiency with tools including Excel, PuTTY, SecureCRT, Notepad++, VS Code or Sublime Text, Windows CMD, Linux and efficient web browser usage.ScopeInteracts with internal teams, customers, leadership, engineering groups, partners, field personnel, CAP Managers and product organizations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 4+ years of datacenter technology experience.Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred.
