Job Title:Logistics Strategic Projects Implementation Program ManagerDescription:The Logistics Strategic Projects Implementation Program Manager will lead the implementation of SAP system and operational separation between the Joint Venture and logistics operations across LATAM.Ensure alignment across impacted sites by driving collaboration among cross-functional workstreams in Supply Chain and Digital Technology Services (DTS) for both warehousing and transportation.This role acts as a single point of contact for stakeholders, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining business continuity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and align a cross-functional project team, including DTS, Logistics Central Support, and site Logistics SMEs from both internal teams and third-party partners.Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Provide effective stakeholder management and collaborate closely with the Logistics PMO.Drive consistent communication and implementation strategies that balance business continuity with demanding project deadlines.Facilitate decision-making and prioritize trade-offs across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.Monitor project milestones and updates in the Target Process tool and supporting action-tracking systems.Requirements:Proven project management experience with a track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling decks and tailor messages to diverse audiences.Strong leadership in matrixed environments—skilled at driving collaboration and influencing without direct authority.Working knowledge of SAP/EWM principles; prior system implementation experience is highly desirable.Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems.Travel:Travel to warehouse sites may be required during the go-live phase.
