As a Manager, Solutions Design & Architecture, you will lead the development of functional and technical solutions for new business acquisition activities in our commercial solutions spectrum.Key responsibilities include:Developing strategic solutions and leading solution developmentCultivating thought leadership and innovation in solution designEvaluating client requirements and aligning them with Indegene's service offeringsCreating compelling sales narratives and value proposition documentsDefining solution models and constructing budgetsConducting discovery sessions and shaping opportunitiesArchitecting pricing models and building solutionsDriving end-to-end bid management and proposal defense discussionsLeading ideation sessions and identifying innovative win themesCommunicating Indegene's value proposition to clientsNavigating complex decision-making among stakeholdersYou will work closely with sales and delivery leadership, drive growth across key and new accounts portfolio, and possess hands-on experience in bid management, solution design, and client presentations.
