Job Title: Immersive Experience Designer – Unreal Engine SpecialistAs a seasoned professional, you will lead the creative vision for cutting-edge game and digital twin experiences, with a strong focus on high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all Unreal Engine content.Key Responsibilities:Drive the creative direction of immersive experiences, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows support artistic goals.Guide and mentor art teams while setting clear creative and visual standards inside the engine, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.Oversight of final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation, ensuring seamless integration with digital twin concepts.Mentor junior team members, providing hands-on training and expert guidance to develop their skills and expertise.Play a key role in shaping the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership position in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, visually stunning productions using Unreal Engine, with a strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale or high-visual-impact projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative storytelling.Solid artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design), with excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Experience working with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini, as well as proficiency in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Preferred Skills:Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine, with a strong understanding of digital twin concepts and real-world data integration.Familiarity with next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding techniques, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Immersive Experience Designer – Unreal Engine Specialist.
