Job Title: Content SpecialistWe are seeking an accomplished content specialist to join our team of experts in the evaluation and comparison of AI-generated responses.This challenging role focuses on identifying toxic or harmful content across native scripts and transliterated text, while assessing model performance across multiple datasets.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Evaluating AI model outputs in TeleguFlagging toxic, harmful or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent casesComparing model responses and providing performance assessments based on predefined criteriaClassifying the type and severity of toxicityProviding brief explanations for flagged items where requiredMaintaining consistency, accuracy and adherence to project guidelinesTo succeed in this position, you will need:Proficiency in English and TeleguMinimum 1 year of experience in content writing, content moderation, linguistic evaluation or a similar domainA strong understanding of cultural nuances, slang and context-dependent expressionsThe ability to identify toxicity in both native script and transliterated formatsGood analytical and evaluative skillsPrior experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation or data annotation is a plusIn addition to your technical expertise, you will need:A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field, such as Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication or related disciplines
