Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to train large language models (LLMs) for coding purposes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Full Stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript with at least 3 years of experience.The role involves preparing, refining, and delivering high-quality code data to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the models. This includes developing coding examples, collaborating with domain experts, validating coding outputs, and ensuring that the model's performance is optimized.Key responsibilities include:Developing high-quality coding examples that cater to the specific needs of the LLMs.Collaborating with domain experts to validate the accuracy and relevance of the coded outputs.Ensuring that the coding outputs align with the evolving model needs and optimize its performance.Prior experience with model training, coding supervision, supervised fine-tuning, or reinforcement learning is beneficial. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Full Stack development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.Proficiency in back-end and front-end development with frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular is preferred.Ability to create, annotate, and test code-specific datasets for training machine learning models with LLMs.Experience with REST APIs, database integration, debugging, and version control tools like Git.Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills conducive to remote collaboration.
