Job Title: Process Excellence ExpertJob Description:The OTC Process Excellence Expert is a key player in driving growth for critical business functions. Leveraging the power of data and analytics, this expert transforms operations through technology and insights.Key Responsibilities:Deliver actionable insights into efficiency and condition of OTC processesIdentify opportunities for business and process enhancements in OTC operationsSupport risk and compliance, process improvement, and transformation through data analysisAccountabilities:Supports Actionable Oversight and Health-Check of KPIs and Processes:Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvementProvide insights into process health and efficiency to support decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans based on findings to optimize processesProcess Quality and Compliance Reviews:Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of OTC processes to assess quality and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesIdentify areas of non-compliance and develop remediation plans to address gapsKnowledge Retention and Trainings:Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation efforts to retain institutional knowledge within the teamDevelop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members and stakeholdersRequirements and Skills:Working knowledge and experience in OTC processesProject management skill is a mustGreen Belt, six sigma Experience is Preferred Subject-Matter-Expert in one of the OTC sub-processes:Credit & Risk ManagementPricing & Discount ManagementInvoicingCash ApplicationsCollections and Short PaymentDiscount & DeductionsTrade Investment & Bonus ManagementExperience in data science and data modeling is an advantage.Functional Competencies:Understanding of both finance and commercial processes, as well as risk and compliance principlesQuick learner with strong analytical skills; able to tackle complex issues and drive improvements using different analytical tools and data modelsStress-resistant with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectivelyAbility to standardize processes and influence stakeholdersCapable of implementing best practicesTechnical Skills:Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficient user of SAP Financial and Commercial modulesEfficient usage of Power BI, Python, and other data analytics toolsGreen Belt CertifiedEducation & Certifications:University Degree – bachelor's degree in business studies, Finance, or Data ScienceProfessional training or certification in a relevant business field, internal or external audit
