Customer Service & Sales- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to provide appropriate product recommendations.- Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience.- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.- Handle customer queries, concerns, and returns professionally.2. Product Knowledge- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and offers to guide customers effectively.3. Store Presentation & Maintenance- Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, organized, and stocked on the sales floor.- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store at all times.- Assist in setting up visual displays and promotional setups.4. Inventory Support- Participate in stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and periodic stock audits.- Report low stock, damages, or discrepancies to the store manager.5. Team Collaboration- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.- Assist colleagues during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
